Individual mindfulness therapy offers a place to slow down, explore what’s happening in your mind and body, and reconnect with yourself. My role is to guide and support you as you learn to meet your experiences with more awareness and compassion.

Healing isn’t just about talking; it’s also about helping your body feel safe. Together, we’ll work with both your mind and nervous system so you can feel more grounded, connected, and at ease.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system work, helping you translate insight into real, lasting change.

Exploring ketamine therapy or integrating a psychedelic experience?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is offered as a complement to psychotherapy for eligible clients, combining ketamine treatment with therapeutic support to help you experience deeper breakthroughs and lasting change.

I also offer psychedelic education and integration therapy for those who have had or are preparing for other medicine experiences. Through trauma-informed support, mindfulness, and nervous system work, we focus on processing insights and translating them into meaningful, embodied healing.

This work is grounded in trauma therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system science, and informed by respect for the traditions that have guided these practices for centuries.

MINDFULNESS & YOGA GROUPS

For Healing & Connection

Feeling tense, anxious, or disconnected from yourself?
These small, trauma-informed mindfulness and yoga groups offer space to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical tools for nervous system regulation.

Each group can stand alone or complement individual therapy. They’re a supportive and affordable way to explore mind–body healing, learn new tools, and connect with others in a grounded, safe environment. Many people find these groups to be a helpful first step or a meaningful addition to ongoing therapy.

You do not need any prior experience with yoga or meditation to join. Each group is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to these practices or looking to deepen an existing one.

These are not therapy groups but experiential spaces for learning and practice. Mindfulness groups focus on guided meditation and shared discussion, while yoga groups center on movement, breath, and nervous system awareness.

Through guided mindfulness meditation and therapeutic yoga, you’ll learn practical ways to calm your nervous system, release stress, and feel more grounded and at ease in daily life.
Both therapeutic groups meet online, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable.

Workplace wellness sessions help employees understand how stress affects the nervous system and how to regulate it. Your team will learn practical mindfulness and grounding techniques they can use during the workday, along with tools to build resilience, focus, and emotional well-being.

Each class combines nervous system education with accessible, evidence-based practices that support productivity and create a more balanced workplace culture. Sessions are customized for your organization and available online or in person in Tampa Bay.

About Me

I’m Christie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, yoga teacher, and mindfulness meditation instructor based in Tampa Bay. I specialize in anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, relationship challenges, and life transitions, offering holistic, mind–body counseling that blends Western psychotherapy with Eastern practices like mindfulness and yoga.

I’m deeply curious about how people heal, how the body and mind communicate, and what helps us reconnect to a sense of safety and meaning. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and respect. I aim to create a space where you can explore yourself with compassion and clarity.
